Executive Session
>> let's indicate our intention to convene in executive session to discuss the executive session items beginning with the one that we just started discussing, item no.
28 under consultation with attorney.
31.
consider and take appropriate action on economic development agreement regarding project hudson.
that will be under the economic development negotiations.
and 25 consider and take appropriate action on economic development agreement with Austin executive airport.
will be under the economic development negotiations exception, also.
and we have been asked to postpone item no.
29.
we previously listed some others.
namely, specifically 26, 27, now 29, we also previously indicated that we would postpone item 30.
therefore, we are going into executive session to discuss only three items, 25, 28, and 31.
we will discuss these in executive session but will return to open court before taking any action.
John, the executive session item that we postponed do we need to take it?
then our only item left is the last executive session item we did not discuss this morning, number 31, consider and take appropriate action on economic development agreement regarding project hudson and this is under the economic development negotiations exception.
let's also announce the consultation with attorney exception just in case.
this is the only item that we will announce for discussion in executive session.
we'll return to open court before taking any action.

in addition to previous motions made by this court regarding this matter, I move that we indicate our agreement to enter into a 15-year agreement with specifics to be negotiated later on.

I'm uncomfortable moving one way or the other based to fact we haven't gotten any additional information.
