Let's call to order the Travis County health facilities development corporation, one item, consider and take appropriate action to approve action naming wilmington trust, national association, as trustee for series 2012 bonds to be issued with respect to certain health facilities of longhorn village.
>> yes, sir, the bond resolution for this transaction was approved back at the end of November.
the transaction is taking longer to close than they anticipated and it's currently scheduled to close on March 29th.
but as part of the process they made a change to wilmington trust so this resolution doesn't do anything other than approve the change in trustee.
