b is consider and take appropriate action on the following, receive update on the reimbursement process for the corporation's neighborhood stabilization program and b, approve three invoices.

>> we haven't updated you on on the process.
Karen and leroy and I met with tkdh members to go line item by line item of the outstanding items they still need for our files and we believe that we're all on the same page and as of right now we have about 75% of those items collected and up loaded on our contract system and we're actively working on getting the remaining 25% and most of those are related to information from lenders who have been unresponsive to letters from calls and emails.
we're still working on tracking those down.
the three invoices that we're looking for approval on payment on are from a lender who has gotten us the required information that we've asked for on I think three of our activities, files, and this is just invoicing him for -- invoices you go for his time pulling that information.

>> avenue and we've got three invoices, each of which is $250 for a total of 750.

>> correct.

>> any questions about them?
move approval of the invoices.

>> second.

>> which means that we authorize payment of them.
discussion?

that passes by unanimous vote.
anything on a, the update?

>> that was pretty much the update.
we've also extended our contract through the end of June.
we are confident about our ability to wrap everything up by then and hopefully the state is confident in their ability to wrap everything up by then as well.

>> so we can give you a pat on the back and encourage you to keep on keeping on.

>> yes, sir.

>> that's what we do.
now I move adjournment.

>> second.

>> all in favor?
that passes by unanimous vote.
