>> thank you, my honorable judge, samuel Biscoe, and all my Commissioners.
I really appreciate america and Texas and the Travis County as the best government ever in our human history.
900 million people in asia, three times american population, live on one dollar a day.
most of them children.
live one dollar a day.
I was watching the korean television last night.
how great we appreciate america.
I greatly appreciate for my safety to speak to you and to praise america and to praise Texas, praise all of you, especially judge Biscoe as the best judge ever in my experience.
you did not approve all of my questions, still I respect you.
and I respect, please, sheriff and constables and all of police officers.
thanks to them I am still here.
this is the greatest court.
I really appreciate you.
and I raised some questions to improve american government and Texas government and Travis County for the improvements to keep american democracy perfect right here.
I did since October 19th, 2010, up until today every Tuesday except a couple of days and I received a call from Travis County yesterday that Travis County is going to investigate the questions I raised on October 19th, 2010, up until today.
Travis County gave me a call, promise to do me Travis County will investigate.
I really appreciate that.
and the white house also promised to me will investigate that, but Texas, Texas rejected to investigate that, Texas state government.
but white house still is investigating this case.
I really appreciate it.
there is no

>> [indiscernible] today without america.
and last Tuesday someone asked me

>> [indiscernible] it looks like 60 some gentleman and his wife.
I donated six quarters.
I told him america saved korea two times, 1950, 1945.
six dollar donation to you, no problem.
that's all I did.
and every day --

>> [buzzer sounding] -- I praise american people.
I don't want to send any americans to jail, no.
I really appreciate all of you.
thank you very much.

>> thank you, dr. Kim.

>> you're welcome.

>> mr. Reeferseed.

>> okay.
thank you, sir.
this is still working, maybe I should go to the other one.

>> it's working.

>> well, there's -- should be a big backlash.
time to declare victory and get the heck out of there and you all know what I'm talking about hopefully.
there's 40 killed people Monday with two of our brave service personnel killed in internal military base.
for this burning koran.
and you know, that says it all to me.
when are we going to figure out that we -- it's nonproductive for us to be over there in any capacity.
we need to get out of there now.
and

>> [indiscernible] one of those important people over there was assassinated in islamabad after visiting his mother.
I mean, he was one of the last staunch christian politicians.
and you know, saddam hussein, in contrast, was tolerant and maintained stability through strength and love.
I'm not a big fan of the late saddam hussein, but assassinating hussein, gadhafi, kennedy, king, it punishes sovereignty and sovereignty is the ultimate issue -- it's what everything comes down to is sovereignty and that's what the world is trying to take away our second amendment because that's why we have invade people, we have all these riches but we also have a bunch of people with guns and it's not productive for some other power to send people over to kill us because we'll shoot back.
and it's happening, people.
we have the power to break these often tired old, same old chains of oppression in the old has been schemeology that never works anyhow and that's because we have a man to ballot, my hero, a young man named clay dafoe and he's going to shake up the world as mayor of the city of Austin.
we've had a tired, old, confused individual who doesn't know what the constitution says and a bunch of co-conspiring criminals who just sit there, but we've already got rid of one of them and the replacement, she's not that good, but she probably will have to go sometime too.
but we're making progress and clay dafoe is going to lead the world and it's going to really shake up Texas news and you can pretend like you never heard of him or whatever, but he's been here a couple times and he's incredibly dynamic and smarter than a whip and he's an inch away from being a lawyer and he's the future, the future of Austin, Texas, will be written with a big name of clay dafoe --

>> [buzzer sounding] -- right across the top.
so pay attention.
don't miss it.
thank you.

>> thank you, mr. Reeferseed.
those are the two residents who signed in to speak under citizens communication.
