Now let's call back to order the voting session of the Travis County Commissioners court.
we indicated this morning that pursuant to the open meetings act as interpreted by john hilly, we needed to post.
2 which consider and take appropriate action regarding selection of furniture for Commissioners court at 700 lavaca in Austin, and I guess we can remain in session as we go out and look at the chairs?

>> miss porter, if you don't mind waiting here alone until we come back.
>> okay, we are back from inspecting chairs that we need to select for our move to 700 lavaca and based on conversations that I heard and answers provided us by the chair people, no action today.
we'll have it back on the court's agenda next Tuesday, one week or two?
>> I don't know what their requirements are.
