then let's announce we will take into executive session the following items: 30, receive legal briefen and take appropriate action regarding Travis County involvement in legal action objecting to congressional redistricting by the Texas legislature.
consultation with attorney exception.
31, receive briefing from county attorney and take appropriate action concerning the extension of assistive leave with pay for juvenile probation employee slot number 396.
consultation with attorney and personnel matters exceptions.
32, receive briefing from county attorney and take appropriate action concerning the extension of administrative leave with pay for juvenile probation employee slot number 542.
consultation with attorney and personnel matters exceptions.
33, receive briefing from county attorney regarding status of lease agreement at 700 lavaca with Austin suites management, ltd., including proposed exterior signage and take appropriate action.
consultation with attorney and real property exceptions.
42 we asked to be postponed to next week.
35, consider and take appropriate action on economic development agreement regarding project hudson.
that's the financial incentives, economic development negotiations exception to the open meetings act.
36 and 38 were postponed until next week.
37, consider and take appropriate action regarding acquisition of real property owned by the housing authority of Travis County.

we'll discuss these items in executive session but will return to open court before taking any action.

number 30, the matter involving the redistricting lawsuit.
there will be no action today.
we will have it back next week just in case the san antonio district court takes some action.

the matter involving the additional administrative leave for the employee and slot number 396, I move that we grant an additional six days.

item number 32, I move we grant the request to grant an additional -- 7 additional days for employee in slot number 542 with administrative days with pay.

thirty-three is a matter involving Austin suites and the county building at 700 lavaca, there will be no action today.
we will have that back on -- will we have it back on next week -- when we can it and staff will know to keep working on this matter.

thirty-five is the matter involving the request for economic incentives from project hudson.
I move that we revise the letter that we sent that mirrors the city of Austin provisions and that we deliver the revised letter to the greater Austin chamber of commerce.

thirty-seven is a matter involving the Travis County housing authority, offered to sell certain real estate to Travis County.
on this one, I move we authorize facilities to take $4,700 from the fund to pay for an environmental assessment and air quality indoor assessment on the property in question.
