I move that we -- direct staff to incorporate the changes that we discussed into a draft that we post that draft for public hearing two weeks from today, which is February 28th, and that we indicate our intention to take final action on that draft one or two weeks after the public hearing is appropriate.

number 27, the matter involving possible acquisition of the housing authority of Travis County, we did discuss this matter and gave -- asked staff to do several things.
I suggested we have this back on the court's agenda on the 21st of February for possible action by the Commissioners court.

we did not discuss 28.
we previously announced postponement of that item until February 21st, next week.
twenty-nine is the -- regarding the acquisition of certain conservation easement or open space in eastern Travis County using the November 2011 voter approved bond funds.
we did discuss that with staff for the first time, probably need a follow-up discussion next Tuesday.
and in my view, no further action today.

>> thirty is a matter involving the potential -- the offer to sell Travis County approximately 180-acres of land near the intersection of taylor lane and fm969 in precinct 1 for inclusion in the eastern creek open space parkland 2011 bond program.
>> judge I move approval of item 30 and with that approval, I would like to -- for $1,030,000, and the source of funding for this particular source will be the 2005 bond -- voter approved bonds for the amount and that we also authorize the judge to sign that particular contract made available and come back to the court.
