Travis County Corporations
Now let's call to order multiple corporations, the Travis County housing finance corporation, Travis County health facilities corporation, the capital industrial development corporation, the Travis County development authority, the Travis County cultural education facilities finance corporation and the capital health corporation.
we've got one item common to all six corporation.
that is consider and take appropriate action on request to elect officers of the corporation.
a, president, bv might, c secretary, d treasurer, e assistant secretary.
we've had the same slate of officers for a few years now.
changing won't bother me.
I have served as chair.

that passes by unanimous vote.

I am happy to continue to serve as president, especially in view of the substantial compensation that I receive for the additional work.
