consider and take appropriate action regarding board and committee assignments and appointments for and by Commissioners court members.
I went around and around with cap cot what I was supposed to do.
I sent them a letter notifying them of our decision on January 17th and asking them to ask the capcod generals a assembly to appoint Commissioner Eckhardt to the general assembly and the executive committee.
I was told that's how it was normally done.
although since I have been on there, we always accepted the appointment from appointing entity, and that's the language I used in my letter and today I move that we do that in the court now.
