17 is to approve modification number 4 to contract number 11 t 000320 j, waste management of Texas, for refuse collection.

this modification extends the contract for another year.
we did ask tnr to go and research with tceq any violations on waste management for this past period.
there were no notices of violation.
there were some order complaints reported, but none of these have led to any enforcement action.
and we, our environmental folks, have not observed or detected any serious eastsider or persistent owe odors.
