Number 4 is a public hearing to receive comments regarding a request to authorize the filing of an instrument to vacate a .658-acre drainage easement located over and across a portion of lot 1, block a of the schmidt addition subdivision.

>> on this easement was originally put on the plat of the schmidt addition when it was originally platted.
this subdivision is along capital of Texas highway known as loop 360, and what the engineers have found that this easement is not in the right place but instead what is needed a -- 1.003-acre easement which is shaped slightly different.
our engineers have reviewed this.
we agree with their proposal.
and so we recommend approval of the vacation of the original 0.658-acre drainage easement and that will be replaced by the easement in the right size and in the right configuration.
