3 is a public hearing to receive comments regarding a partial vacation of lot 1 carriage crossing in precinct 3.

>> that passes by unanimous vote.
>> the purpose of this is to vacate lot 1 of this carriage crossing section 2 final plat because in the future the applicant proposes to replat this property going from one lot into three single-family lots and that will be on 11.47 acres.
this meets our requirements and I know of no objections to this.
