Now let's call to order the Travis County housing finance corporation.
item number 1, consider and take appropriate action to approve minutes of the voting -- minutes of the board ever directors meetings of September 6, September 13, September 27, October 11, November 29, December 6, December 13, and December 20, 2011.

item 2, consider and take appropriate action on the following: a, payment of $850 for annual membership in national association of local housing finance agencies.

>> you think this participation is worth the investment of $850 as two directors just figured?
>> I do.
we are hosting the spring conference and that will be a great opportunity for the hfc as well as the county.
I think there's no reason why we shouldn't participate in the membership.

2 b, payment of $675 for annual membership in Texas association of local housing finance agencies.

>> this is annual membership dues day, isn't it?
this is a good investment too?
>> absolutely.
we attend a yearly conference.
this one is obviously Texas specific as opposed to across the whole country, but it's a great networking opportunity.
we may have opportunities in the future to participate in their conference as well.
>> so we don't get any free pencils or pads or anything or have you been keeping all of them?
>> I can certainly share with you.
