number 16 is to consider and take appropriate action on the following in precinct three: a, a plat for recording sweetwater section one, village g-1, long form plat, 76 lots, 20.9 acres, period summit parkway.
b, a plat for recording, sweetwater section one, village g-2, long form plat, 65 lots, 19.3 acres, period summit -- pedernales summit parkway.
and c, construction agreements for sweetwater section one, village g-1 and sweetwater section one, village g-2, final plats.

these two subdivision plats, the sweetwater section one, village g-1 and sweetwater section one, village g-2, have been in alternative fiscal for several years, and they're simply looking to come out of that and get their plat approved for reporting.
recording.
we did have an open records request, but no one has contacted us regarding these.
usually it's a fairly routine matter when something comes out of alternative fiscal to bring the plats back to court to record them.
that's what we're trying to do today.

>> I would just like to say that this acquisition subdivision is under new ownership now since the original.
and I believe that the new ownership is working hard to work with tnr.
and it is what it is historically, but I have seen some good things happening to try to improve upon this particular subdivision, which was problematic for a long time out in western Travis County.
and when you're prepared for a motion, I'm prepared to move for approval.
