Item 2 is a public hearing to receive comments regarding a plat for recording race way family single subdivision section 2 final plat, a small lot subdivision, resubdivision of lots 16, 17, 24 and 25, northridge acres number 2 subdivision, 69 lots, travesia way, city of Austin e.t.j.
in precinct 2.

that passes by unanimous vote.
>> the purpose of this is to incorporate four lots in the existing northridge acres number 2 subdivision into the race way single-family subdivision, the section 2 final plat of that subdivision.
this is consistent with a preliminary plan that was approved back in 2010 and the action should this item be approved would not be to record the plat at this point but for the subdivision to go alternative fiscal which is also on today's agenda.
we posted signs and I know of no objections to this item.

and the action item is number 14.
I have a note here that says no action -- no action on the plat but you are asking alternative fiscal for it.
>> that's correct.
usually when we have an item like this, it -- we follow up with an item on the same agenda to record the plat.
but just like we did on the first section of this, we don't want to record the plat or recommend the plat for approval at this point, we want to go with the alternative fiscal options.
