Item number 1 is a public hearing to receive comments regarding a plat for recording resubdivision of lot 75 la hacienda estates, resubdivision final plat, two totals lots, 5.25 acres, doss road in precinct 3.

the purpose behind this is to split one existing lot into two lots so that the existing office and residence can be separated and each on their own lots.
this meets our requirements and I know of no objections to this motion or item.
