we announced earlier that we would take item number 10 into executive session.
it is to consider and take appropriate action on contract award to ernst and young, llp, for consultant services on feasibility analysis for new civil and family courthouse matter.
this will be under the consultation with attorney exception to the open meetings act.
and if we approve 10, we will need 11 when we come back out.
30, receive believing and take appropriate action on draft agreement with star of Texas fair and rodeo.
consultation with attorney.
21, receive legal briefing and take appropriate action regarding proposal to purchase certain open space land near gilleland creek in precinct 1 and discuss draft agreement with t.x.i., consultation with attorney.
and maybe real estate and 21 also.
22, receive briefing from county attorney regarding status of contract with vinson and elkins and take appropriate action.

23, receive briefing and take appropriate action in regina jackson and -- do we need this item?

24, the last executive session item, consider and take appropriate action regarding offer to sell Travis County real property opened by housing authority of Travis County located at 502 east highland mall boulevard.
consultation with attorney and real property exception to the open meetings act.
we'll discuss these items in executive session but will return to open court before taking any action.


Item number 10 the item involving a contract award toents and young for feasibility analysis for new family appeared civil courthouse.
we did discuss with legal issues that surfaced.
I move that we approve the proposed contract.

11, we did not discuss in executive session, but announced this morning that it involves legal services on the feasibility services in item 10, therefore I move the proposed contract, the contract with the law firm of hawkins, dellafield and wood llp.

we discussed number 20, the matter involving a draft agreement with star of Texas fair and rodeo.
we asked staff to put together a list of issues that the county is interested in discussing with the star of Texas fair and rodeo, plus think more on the draft contract before us.
and we would have it back on the court's agenda January 10th.
that's next Tuesday.

21 is the matter involving the offer -- not an offer, but a proposal to purchase certain open space land near gilleland greek in precinct 1 and a draft agreement with txi.
move that we ask joe and tom to get with qualico regarding issues set forth in the memo that we received from qualico inc.
and to discuss about matters for the public hearing on January 31st.

23, the matter involving the jackson, rudolph -- jackson, Williamson individually on behalf of the estate of rachel jackson, deceased, lawsuit against dr. Ford and Travis County.
move that we indicate to the sheriff and the county attorney's office that the court approves the person designated by the sheriff to represent Travis County at the trial of this matter.

24 is a matter involving an offer to sell Travis County real property owned be the housing authority of Travis County located at 502 east highland mall boulevard.
I move that we ask staff to take two weeks to review and research the issues set forth in the offer from the housing authority.
and to look at real property issues as well as programmatic issues -- programmatic defined as housing and affordable housing related.
