Now let's call to order the Travis County housing finance corporation.
item number 1, consider and take appropriate action to approve purchase of quick books 2012 for use by the corporation.
>> good afternoon, andrea shields manager.
due to our generous new upgrade of our systems and the corporation's offices or current quick books does not operate and we're requesting the new quick books pro 2012.
the current version doesn't operate on both my computer and the assistant's computer at the same time and the new version will and it's essential that both of us can have access to the program.
>> move approval of the purchase of quick books.
>> is this $10 or 12?
>> they are giving us a discount.
$376.98.
for two disks.

we'll get more than that amount with the value.

number 2, consider and take appropriate action regarding supplemental indenture for multi-family housing revenue bonds of mountain ranch apartment projects series 1998.
>> yes, sir, the -- this relates to the transfer that was approved at the end of November of the mountain ranch apartments.
as part of that transfer the bondholder is requesting that the buyer of the project, the new borrower, put up a $200,000 debt services reserve fund and this is just to renew that to handle that $200,000.
the positive for the corporation it's additional collateral for the bondholders at this time.

>> this is a matter -- there was another item I thought was going to be on, but just as a matter of information, the approval of the transfer back and through November through a group called post-development group and they have aside the contract to a subsidiary.
just for information that transfer is being made to the subsidiary of boat development and I don't really think it requires action, I just wanted to make sure you are aware.
it's the same people, just a different entity.

I was under the impression that was under the umbrella of this agenda item.
>> I think the initial resolution covered it since it's a subsidiary of the same group, but I really just wanted you to know it's the same people.

>> I have to give an opinion on that so I was trying to be extra careful on that.
