View captioned video.

The consent items are next.
posted for consent are c 1 through c 4, any issues with any of them?

>>

>> [indiscernible]

>> let's consider adding the following items to the consent motion.
if anyone would like for us to discuss straightly, any of the items I'm about to list, for consent, please say so as I call out the number of items. Number 5, 6, 7, 8 a and b, 9, 10, 11, the three items on which we had a public hearing, 13, 14, 15, number 16, 17, did y'all see the elimination of the atm machine in precinct 3?
okay.
but they are upgrading the other two in 17 there.
number 18, 20, 22, 23, 24, 25, then to 31, 31 is the last one recommended.

>> move approval of the consent items.

>> let me just announce that the jp's hope to come over late morning, but shortly before noon, so my intention is to call up 27, 28 at 1130.

>> would anyone like for us to pull any of the items that I just listed?

>> sir, I would like to hear about 18 a little bit more about it.

>> judge, I'm going to have a legal question on 29.

>> mr. Reeferseed, on 18, we will not be able to use the full amount of the grant.
so the part that we will not be able to use by providing services, we have to refund.
we were simply telling the city of Austin we will come up short of spending $75,264.
so we're giving it back.

>>

>> [indiscernible]

>> no, you have so much time to spend $200,000 is what it was.
based on what we think we will be able to do by the end of the grant period, we will come up short, so legally we have to give that back, whether we have an agenda item or not.

>> okay, that makes sense.

>> Commissioner Davis, what item was that?

>> number 29.
I have a legal question on that.

>> okay.
29 we will call up separately.
by the way, 29 is not -- was not recommended for consent anyway.

>> I know.
just it's a legal --

>> okay.

>> okay.
29 and 30, I have down for 11:00.
so hopefully if someone from the clean air force and envision central Texas wishes to speak on either, hopefully they will head this way by 11.
let's indicate our intention to take 29 into executive session for a discussion with legal.
all in favor?
that passes by unanimous vote.
