Number 3 is a public hearing to receive comments regarding a request to authorize the filing of an instrument to vacate two five foot wide drainage easements located along the north and south lot lines of lot 7, block 48 of Austin lake hills, section three in precinct three

>> the purpose of this item is to vacate the drainage easement so that the replacement septic system can be -- can be installed because the original septic -- septic system failed and the drainage easement is too close to what would be the new septic system.
the drainage easement is a plat note that was put on the original plat and their engineer and our engineer both believed that there's knots a need for that -- there's not a need for that easement.
this meets our requirements and I know of no objections.
