any issues with any of them?
then let's consider approving them and let's add to that list the following items. If anyone would like for us to discuss any of the items I'm about to list, please say so as I call out the number of the item.
number 4.
5 a and b.
7, looks like we're appointing that position.
I would recommend -- let me know if there is an issue with this.
the order we're supposed to sign says it may be terminated by either party.
we normally don't do that for employees.
in my view it should say maybe terminated by the Commissioners court.
I don't know that we contract with any other employee.
if you are in that position, our policy is to have you on this entity, and if we want to change that, Commissioners court.

>> sure.

>> not that I'm looking for more power, but that did stand out.
7 with the language either party may terminate deleted and terminated by the Commissioners court.
inserted.
number 9.
10.
11.
on 12 we just indicate our intention to approve an appropriate agreement and direction to prepare the necessary documents, and we heard the rule 26 order as well as an agreement and we'll have that back on next week.
is that enough time, legal?
we'll have it back on anyway and if we need to postpone, we will.
number 13.
any issues with 15?

>> no.

>> no.

>> then I recommend 15.
19.
20.
22.
23, if we're going to do that $70,000 from allocated reserve, that's one of those state cuts.
rather than take it from the state cuts budget, though, seems to me we ought to take it from allocated reserve.

>> I saw that and I think that's a good place for social funding to come from for that particular deal.

>> is that okay?

>> yes.

>> $70,000 from 23 from allocated reserve.
and number 25.

>> move approval of consent.

>> second.

>> would anyone like to pull any of the discussion separately for discussion?

>> yes, sir, number 14.

>> if we skipped it, that means we'll put it up.
14 was postponed to give the campo policy board a chance to act on Monday night.
any other questions or requests?
all in favor?
that passes by unanimous vote.
