I would recommend -- let me know if there is an issue with this.
the order we're supposed to sign says it may be terminated by either party.
we normally don't do that for employees.
in my view it should say maybe terminated by the Commissioners court.
I don't know that we contract with any other employee.
if you are in that position, our policy is to have you on this entity, and if we want to change that, Commissioners court.

on 12 we just indicate our intention to approve an appropriate agreement and direction to prepare the necessary documents, and we heard the rule 26 order as well as an agreement and we'll have that back on next week.

rather than take it from the state cuts budget, though, seems to me we ought to take it from allocated reserve.
