Now let's call to order the capital industrial development corporation.
one item and that is to consider and take appropriate action to approve resolution consenting to the appointment of a sucker remarketing agent for the corporation's sways disposal revenue bonds, Texas disposal systems, project, series 2011.

this is part of a transaction where the letter of credit that is really the security for the bonds is being replaced, and as part of that Texas disposal systems has requested that we approve a change -- in the remarking agent from j.p.
morgan securities to west
>> [indiscernible] and west holmes is handling the replacement of the substitute letter of credit.
I've talked with lad about this and neither one of us have any real concerns.
the bond deal closed in 2001 and it's ten years old and has performed well and do not see any problems with the request.
