>> every year the court makes a decision during the budget process about what you will be doing about retirement annuities and whether there will be a cola, and this year you have chosen not to provide a cola.
and whether or not you provide one or don't provide one in order to have paperwork that indicates what your choice has been, the retirement system asks that we provide the order that was attached to the backup.
and so this was something that is basically just paperwork to confirm what you've already done.
