2 is to receive comments regarding a request to authorize the filing of an instrument to vacate two five foot wide public utility easements located along the common lot line of lots 14 and 15 of hidden hills 1 in precinct three.

we know of no objections and we recommend this.

>> well, once these are removed, these public utility easements, the house and the septic systems that will go with the house can be put straddling the two lot lines and not interfere with the public utility easements.
