there pena.
crystal bastillos is speaker number 4.
if you would grab a seat of yours choice.
and richard is on the way.

>> okay.
I don't know where gus is but I am holding a place for him.
anyway, yippee.
yes, I ammaron any reeferseed, yelling yahoo, headline, president Ron paul cancels productive war on farmers, hemp and mary enthusiasts included, that's right, dr. Ron paul says so, it is a big secret out there that dr. Paul opponents don't want you to know, especially on our own lame scheme media pun debts, the only former governor gary johnston talks about it but I think it is part of the vast conspiracy to deceive the lawyers, once again to high-jack dr. Paul.
rejoice, that diabolically weapon of self-construction, is so called supercommittee has dissolved.
the evil virtual fran einstein to a so called solution to budget worries is not alive.
it is dead, dead as a doorknob like all presidential candidates on -- on the other hand ever going extrapolating ob-gyn dr. Ron paul who has delivered over 4,000 babies, so far, the Ron paul revolution for love, liberty and the prestigious constitution keeps keeping on, to celebrate dr. Ron, his ongoing victory tonight in the latest Ron paul victory lap, so called debate, that's right people, the mere 89 seconds allowed to dr. Paul by cbc schemers in the so-called debate last time backfired big time.
the lame scheme media husters have earned permanent hot seats in hell on earth with anything positive about dr. Paul.
the pun dents declared mitt romney, who is also the so called president to lose the peace prize and he expands to color our world on the colored world by starting immediately with his truly expanded funding for, remember, funding for abortion exported to africa, remember, it is the first act by kenyan born subject and the bangster man

>> [indiscernible] ie, barack obama.
immediately, thereafter, the scheme to keep on killing black babies has been exploding here at home throughout this regime of all black babies in vitros, I go well over 50% are murdered before they draw their first breath.
what part of self-inflicted genocide do you not understand here?

>> thank you.
all right.
mr. Default.

>> judge Biscoe, I am here today to proudly announce to Travis County that I was very happy to read this news article in the Austin americans statesman last night.
occupy Austin members sue is city, that's right, rudy sanchez and chris leeman who were arrested during the protests and issued criminal trespass notices have now sued that city hall banned them one year.
very respected civil rights attorney, jim harrington said I think this is the most offensive the city has done to e private them of their political speech and ability to protest.
I think in the mrs.' view this is very un-american.
as the article reports, patrick george reporting with the statesman staff.
this October 30, 81 people have been banned from city hall.
now, that number doesn't include the two people that were banned on August 25th, 2011.
they are respectable citizens, I might add.
among them, citizen ronnie reeferseed and, also, citizen john bush.
now, you know, they might think for a month or two they can push around ronnie reeferseed and john bush, but sorry john bush famous in the political scene in new york city, I was at a protest in new york city there a few months ago and people know who he is, much more famous than the people perpetrating terrible acts against them.
we need to allow them back here, we have a first amendment, they are allowed to be there.
this is one lawsuit, there will be a slew against the city and the city council and this is happening soon so get ready.
you know, this is a big liability so we need to say no.
i, again, for the second time, am respectfully requesting that the county attorney david escamilla investigate what has gone on, especially August 25, 2011 where citizens were banned from city hall merely trying to participate on agenda items and during citizens' communication.
I will leave it there and with one quote from a very wise man.
he was a u.s.
senator, the his name is mr. Ginner from indiana and he sounded the call in 1954 when he said, the american people may be confused about minor issues.
they may accept for a time so-called remedies for very real difficulties which eat away at the foundation of their liberty.
once they recognize any act of government or party or fashion as a threat to their constitution, they will rise up and determine anger, in times of danger to the constitution, there can be no partisan differences between the historic political parties which work under the constitution.
the line of division today is between real democrats and real republicans on one side side in defense of the constitution and the other secret revolutionary they have brainwashed in their ruthless pursuit of power.
thank you.

>> thank you.
ms. Bastillos is next and a guess.

>> you can try your hands.

>> thank you.

>> we appreciate your work.

>> thank you.

>> thank you.

>> ms. Rio.

>> hi, I am rio, planning and budget and I want to take a moment of your time to introduce our newest analyst, we are happy to have aaron tusant with us, a graduate with Texas a&m and also her masters of pub affairs from the lbj school so we have both camps covered, aggies and longhorns.
she has been a policiage list at Texas impact where she coauthored a report about the arra including analysis and impact on funding of state of Texas and tracked am analyzed bills of the budget during 81st and 82nd legislature session, a policy team member and intern at the office of city attorney general so we are very pleased to have her.
we had over 100 applicants, a great search this time and she actually interviewed during a fire drill.
so we know she know where is the proper exit is and, like I said, we are very pleased to have her the.
we will have her take on the Commissioners court as the tradition, the new analyst gets Commissioners court assigned to them.

>> woo-hoo.

>> so you will be working very closely with her and today another tradition we have is the first Tuesday they are employed, we all get to sit in here and watch you, so if you see her in the back of the room, that's why she here.
we told her she needs to watch it in person.

>> any comments.

>> I am happy to be her and working for you.

>> your first duty when working here is to buy us lunch at least, at least one time during the first lunch.

>> [laughter] we look forward to working with you.
mr. Priest.

>> thank you, judge, Commissionerses, morrison priest speaking, I want to wish you a happy thanksgiving and let you know many of who are active in the community will stay active and up the ante, not only with lawsuits but with recalls and any other creative ways that are legal, moral, and ethical to fight for the freedom that we are losing on a daily basis.
some of the things that I have seen lately is our government is withholding information.
information that normally isn't withheld.
such as the campo agenda items. Normally the attorney general and other agencies an other lawyers have spoken on these type issues that normally freedom of information requests are held for things that are not necessarily on and agenda.
campo, on the other hand, is the only organization that I know for years who have provided everything that's on their agenda to the public.
this issue was a topic that I discussed for years with campo and, you know, this has been an ongoing thing, but basically, the bottom line is, why is our government trying to make such efforts to withhold such information.
also we have elected officials such as Karen Huber who has made totally false reports from this Commissioners court, saying it was an option of mine to actually go to the office and get it within a subsequent campo meeting that was clearly refuted and it is just ridiculous.
it is silly.
kind of like robert morrow's situation with Ron paul and Ron paul said on fox news it was silly to, you know, make an ad about rick perry and should have spent that money promoting his cause, we have people in the community maybe alex jones and others who said don't vote for eminent domain, it has nothing to do with roads, but many people like tea party people fought hard to get it on the ballot so that voters could vote so subsequently they got approved so we can't be low balled by txdot with their quick pick, but many people here fighting fight way before we fight to remove elected officials, and to such elected officials we will be removing in this next election.
and on this court.
but many of the issues, such as how much copies cost for the public to get information, some of y'all is questions to us and we are often asked questions to make your point often but the court should look at how much money they have spent on printing for various issues.
I did have a top ten list that I am not going to get to here, I will take it easy on some of y'all, but it is about campo transit working group.
when is Austin Travis County ever got anything right on transportation?
we have a lot of issues and we have talked to peggy the other day and one city voted out rail but we will do it anyway and continue to fight and work hard to make this a better place for all.

>> thank you.

>>

>> [applause] gus pena here?
gus pena?

>> last call.

>> those are the persons signed up to speak on citizens communication.
