Twenty-five.
25.
consider and take appropriate action on recommendations regarding the acceptance of flintco construction's guaranteed maximum price proposal for the Commissioners courtroom and offices relocation project.

>> and we don't say here but it is at 700 lavaca.
good morning.

>> good morning, judge, Commissioners, my name is dave stouch with hsa project management.
a quick refresher on 700 lavaca project of course, this relates to the ground level and first and second floor, the first floor which contain the new Commissioners courtroom and the second floor will the contain new Commissioners officers.
brief history on this, I came to talk to you about a new delivery method for the county, which is cm at risk and you all approved that.

>> [one moment, please, for change in captioners]

>> but a little bit more on that subject, obviously the contract that we've executed with flintco and this does not include some of the other costs that we've budgeted.
we're ready to start mobilizing and demolition and moving forward with the project.
currently we're five days ahead of schedule and I'll be happy to answer any questions you have regarding this.

>> the guaranteed maximum price is based on our not imposing changes, I take it.

>> that's correct.
there are always changes in a project and we'll treat change orders the same way we normally would, but this is based on the documents as they exist based on what you all have approved so far, so that is correct.

>> questions?
move approval.

>> second.

>> before you do, judge, just as a point of information, we will be bringing a contract modification back to the court next week to actually put the money on the contract, so I just want to let the court know dave is bringing what the maximum price is but toward to tie the county and the contract it will be tied to a modification and that will be next week.

>> were you about to say something?

>> I would like to thank the architects and gsc and f limit ntco and pete is peer.

>> let's pass this motion so your thank you won't be in vain.
all in favor?
that passes by unanimous vote.

>> thank you very much.

>> thank you.

>> thank you.
