consider and take appropriate action on budget amendments, transfers and discussion items.
>> I was going to note most of these are related to the reimbursement resolution, a1 is a small transfer at related to jp precinct 2 which is similar to jp presentct 5, a2 is related to an item in executive session so I want to point that out in case you want to delay action on that until after executive session.
>> I will leave it there for executive session and if we don't want to do it, we will pull it out later but it looks to me based on court decisions, we have to get that work done and we think it will take up to $5,000 to pay for it.
>> if it is not expended, it is not a problem to reverse that in the future.
>> let's make a note of that if we want to revisit that.
