Commissioner Davis would like for us to pull item 21 back up and he moves that we reconsider 21.
21 is to consider and take appropriate action and take action on the following requests.
estancia hill country preliminary plan.
preliminary plan 29 total commercial lots, 593.6 acres, old san antonio road.
and b, a phasing agreement in precinct three.
second the motion to reconsider by Commissioner Davis.

so that's my concern.
I received additional information which makes me not able to support this particular item.

>> I don't think we ought to do that.
if he wanted to change his vote I think he ought to be able to do that.
it's a motion and approve it.
