Now let's call to order the Travis County road district number 3, the golden triangle.
consider and take appropriate action to set a public hearing on Tuesday, November 22, 2011, to receive comments regarding electing to levy a ad valorem tax on goods in tracks it and denying an exemption from the taxation on these goods in transit both as provided in Texas tax code, section 11.253, effective for the tax year 2012 and subsequent years.
