I regret that I don't have that knowledge.
but in general I'm in favor of good knowledgeable programs, unfortunately I think we could save a whole lot of money if we would come to face reality on the marijuana issue and face up to its potential medicinal qualities and quit treating it as a crime, more as a medicine.
so we could save all kinds of money and I'm sorry I haven't looked at the details on this particular program.
