Executive Session
Now let's call back to order the Travis County Commissioners court and this morning we got through all items except executive session.
we did indicate our intention to take item number --
>> 36 b.
>> -- 36 b into executive session for discussion with our lawyers.
under the consultation with attorney exception, and b is the availability of water on a permanent basis to certain residential customers in unincorporated areas of Travis County including the las lomitas subdivision.
and the matter involving chase bank, our attorneys say we need to take into executive session, that's number 35, consider and take appropriate action on request to approve amendment 1 to contract with depository services between Travis County, contract 4 depository services between Travis County and j.p.
morgan chase bank, n.a., related to safe keeping and custody of securities purchased by Travis County and amendment to -- related to correction of scrivener's errors.
that will be the consultation with attorney section.
we announced we will pull number 39.
40 is consider and take appropriate action on an order to -- offer to sell to the county approximately 37 acres of land near the intersection of pears lane and fm 9734 south in precinct 4 for inclusion in the onion creek open space parkland 2005 bond program.
that will be real estate exception.
let's also announce consultation with attorney exception for 40 just in case we need it.
we postponed 41 earlier.
our final executive session item will be 42, receive legal briefing and take appropriate action regarding Travis County involvement in legal action objecting to congressional redistricting by the Texas legislature.

we'll discuss these matters in executive session but will return to open court before taking any action.

we'll have it on at the appropriate time in the future.
36 b, the matter involving the permanent water availability for residents of unincorporated areas of southeast Travis County, we did discuss this matter.
in my view no action required today.
staff has been given basically a variety of things to look into.
we'll have it back on the court's agenda at the appropriate time in the future.
hopefully not too long off.
