View captioned video.

>> the consent items are next and posted for consent are c 1 through c 3.
any issues with any of them?

>> no.

>> let's consider adding the following items to the consent motion.
if anyone would like for us to discuss any of the items I'm about to list separately, please say so as I call out the number of the item.
these items are recommended to be included in one motion that would cover multiple items en masse.
number 7.
8 a.
9.
10.
11.
12.
13.
14.
15.
number 16.
17.
18.
19.
19 I guess we ought to thank the two who submitted bids.
we've decided it's better for us to use the buy board cooperative contract on that.
20.
21.
the three items on which we had public hearings, 22, 23, 24.
25.
26 a and b.
27 b.
I guess on a, we need to take action on a after the public hearing, don't we?
and b would be a public hearing.
the request is to schedule that public hearing on December 6th.
so approval of 27 b means we will follow staff's recommendation and schedule the public hearing on December 6th.

>> all right.
miss moffett is out ill today, but 31 is pretty routine.
do we need her here?
if so, we can postpone it.

>> no.

>> pretty straightforward, judge.

>> I'm fine with it.

>> okay.
I skipped 30 because Commissioner Huber is not here.
steve, do you know whether she announced any -- on 30, the matter involving 71, preliminary plan?

>> she had no issues that I'm aware of, judge.

>> all right, then let's add 30 to the consent motion.

>> did we also skip 28?

>> 28?

>> 28 no one pointed out any real big issues to me, steven, unless

>> [indiscernible].

>> pardon?

>> 28.

>> preliminary plan green crossing.

>> it's been talked about, we've had a lot of questions from folks.
I don't know if anyone in the audience is here for it.

>> anybody here on number 28, the matter involving the green crossing preliminary plan?
okay.
then let's recommend 28 be included.
30.
31.
included in 31 is to authorize the county judge to sign that agreement on behalf of the Commissioners court.

>> okay.
32.
34 a and b.
and I'm advised that the county attorney wishes to discuss 35 with us in executive session.
37.
we need to extend that for the committee to complete its work.
and item 38.

>> move approval of consent items.

>> second.

>> would anyone like to pull any of those items we just listed for separate discussion?
all in favor?
that passes by unanimous vote.
