Number 2 is a public hearing to receive comments regarding a proposed street name assignment for a private easement to be known as "simpson lane" off rodriguez road near fm 1625 in precinct four

we received a request to assign a name to a currently unnamed segment of roadway.
it's located between 1325 and u.s.
183 off of rodriguez in precinct 4 or 1625 I'm sorry.
and we -- we would like to have it -- have it have a name to it because it helps with emergency response.
we did send out ballots to the property open -- property owners, we received four in favor, two did not respond.
the name they voted in favor of was simpson lane.
we would like to recommend that that be assigned to that segment of roadway.

we're not renaming a segment of rodriguez.
rodriguez is going to stay the same.
this is a road that runs off of rodriguez.
it doesn't have a name today.
but with your approval will become known as simpson lane.
