View captioned video.

For consent, pardon me, consent items are next, posted for consent are -- c 1 through c 4, any issues with any of them?
c 1 through c 4.
let's consider adding the following items to the consent motion.
if anyone would like for us to discuss any of these items separately, please say so as I call out the number of the item.
no.
3, 4,.
5, 6 --

>> could we bring up 6?

>> we sure can.
8.

>> I would like to get a report on that, if I could, sir.

>> contact my office, you can get that report.

>> sure.

>> that report is required bylaw and they are all zero.
every blank is filled in with a zero.

>> okay.
sale save the trip up there.

>> no asset forfeitures by the fire marshal's office.
but my office would be happy to give you that report.
9 --

>> well, in that case I've got to ask

>> [indiscernible]

>> okay.
purchasing.

>>

>> [indiscernible] I understand that it's postponed, I would like to look at what --

>> [indiscernible] I know it says there, but -- if it's possible.
if I can get that.

>> [indiscernible]

>> mr. Reeferseed, we'll call it up, here's my backup.

>> okay.

>> you will be as informed as I am.
and -- and -- you'll be amazed by the scarcity of furniture that we are calling surplus.
we will call that up, if there's fun to be had.
number 11, 12, a and b,.
13, 14.

>> judge, can I pull 14, please.

>> 14 we'll call up separately.
15, 16, 17 on hold, number 18, 20, 22 a and b,.
all of 24, so 23 -- 24 a through 24 f, 26 a.
is a comment period.
b a public hearing.
c publication in newspapers.
may I request in c that we try to -- on small newspapers we try to move them around where periodically we will have hit every small newspaper in the county.

>> yep.
otherwise, any questions or issues with 26?
okay.

>> move approval.

>> sir, I had one question.
about d.
what -- what maybe you said about -- it didn't -- I didn't hear what date?
is that what you said that you were going to work that out with?
what date?
is it also the same date as December 1st through the 15th, 15 days.

>> there's a comment period up there, a public hearing.
so normally we would run the public hearing -- advertise at least 15 days before the public hearing.

>> before?

>> right.
then the newspapers come out on different days.
so we would try to calculate it in such a way that we would hit as close to the public hearing but at least 15 days out as possible.
and does that make sense?

>> yes, sir, thank you, that's what I was wondering, thank you.

>> okay.
29, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, and a 1.

>> move approval of the consent items.

>> second.

>> would anyone like -- would anyone like for us to pull any of the items that I just listed for separate discussion?
yes?

>> >

>> [indiscernible] all right.
we'll call up number 5.
any others?

>> I'm sorry.
for number 20, I just want to say sounds like great fun.
I look forward to more information about that.
Commissioner Davis isn't here right now, so maybe next week.
about the -- about the -- about the bike races.

>> [indiscernible]

>> mr. Reeferseed -- now you are as informed as I am, you are welcome to the bike race.

>> sounds like fun!

>> at the right I'm going, my backup will be empty by the time I get back to my office.
my office I need -- I need additional backup for 20.
that becomes a matter of public record.
anything else?
all in favor?
that passes by unanimous vote.
with Commissioner Davis out today.
