the following residents are signed in to speak, sherri flemming, along with allan weeks, and ronnie reeferseed.

>> good morning, judge, Commissioner, sherri flemming, county executive for health and human services.
I was hoping to have my colleague, allan weeks here with me, but he may be unavoidablely detained.
I wanted to share with you on his behalf that I accepted an award for the Travis County Commissioners court on Saturday at hope fest in the saint john's community and so we wanted to have the opportunity to acknowledge you and also read the certificate, which says: it is issued by america's promise, the alliance for youth, hereby recognizes the Travis County Commissioners court for its service to youth as a partner of the saint john community school alliance, congratulations for helping to create one of the 100 best communities in america for young people.
and it's signed by alma j.wpowell, they accepted their fifth award as a 100 best communities for youth.
it wasn't presented during hope fest this weekend during a magnificent turnout with residents of that community, at that time you all were honored congratulations and here's your certificate.

>> thank you.

>> it's beautiful, thank you.

>> thank you, ms. Flemming.
we take it there was no cash award with this.

>> [laughter]

>> we think mr. Weeks may come?

>> I'm hoping, but I'm not sure at this point, judge.

>> okay.
mr. Reeferseed.

>> hey, it's ronnie

>> [inhale] reeferseed, saying so long governor guardasil.
that's right a kick back on a bribery scam to the merk company.
by the way, guardasil was banned for testing in all european countries, but he made sure all texan girls would have to take it.
but guess what, too many little Texas girls died, so governor guardasil's mandate was canceled, rejoice.
his dog just don't hunt nationwide, no siree bob.
not in new hampshire, california, maine, michigan, hawaii.
nowhere, good old governor romney care is even worse.
his lame scheme media has chosen republican pretty boy I don't have romney care is the epitome of unelected -- since governor guardasil is dissolving, like go back to governor romney care.
his nightmare of scheme of socialized death panels based his evil program on governor romney's care schemology.
what a great choice for replikrats.
everybody hates him so instead like nominate governor romney care.
the only way so called president peace prize stays in congress through the recession is the lame scheme media big push here.
the lame scheme media will have to keep pretending that ob/gyn Ron paul doesn't exist.
he keeps winning, so-called hatch ups with so-called president peace prize.
dr. Paul raised well over $2.5 million over the -- over the -- black this automatic money bomb last weekend.
not a peep from lame scheme prostitutes, prestitutes, the delivery of love, peace, liberty from the world, lock step media from the lame skied presstitutes is deafening.
ongoing dr. Ron paul's revolution of love for liberty and our precious u.s.
constitution rejoice, it's a two-fer, we will retire both so-called president peace prize and those lock step amnes yaks.
please visit Ron billions paul.com, Ron paul2012.com.
Ron paul.org.
read any book by him, in the fed, revolution, et cetera.
relearn articles by and about both doctors paul at american free press.net.
call toll free 188-8699 news.
always call for dr. Paul at 1 cash will 88 - -- well, I forget.
okay.
but thanks anyway.

>> thank you.

>> wee!
a new sign!tjr,x if my staff would bring me another copy of that flier from hrmd regarding this Friday's celebration.
we'll call a couple more items and then call back to see if mr. Weeks is here, okay?
okay.

>> let's try to close out citizens communication.
doctor kim has arrived.
did mr. Weeks get here?
no.

>> okay.
then dr. Kim still here?
now is your time.
while he's coming up, let me just announce that on Friday, the human resources department, which recently moved to 700 lavaca, is having a combination open house and an ice cream sandwich sale for combined charities and ice cream sandwiches will be available for $2 and all proceeds will go to -- to the combined charities efforts and the -- the department's goal this year is to raise $10,000 or more.
and I would like to commit my $2 whether I get ice cream or not.

>> [laughter] see me after pay day.

>> [laughter] dr. Kim, if you will give me three, I'll hand them out.
go ahead and give your comments we'll be happy to get them.
dr. Kim.
give me one more.
right.
that way we'll expedite matters, give me, two, we'll give one to the clerk.
go ahead and start.

>> good morning, I greatly appreciate all of you.
I said that this court is the best court ever.
and in the united states and over across the nation.
other countries.
I have in here to praise and appreciate american government, the Texas government of Travis County the best ever in the human history.
but we all know american democracy is not perfect.
so I want to do my best to keep american democracy right here perfect.
but -- but -- but this is a Travis County democracy news, I read it.
and other people did not report it.
so I created newspaper.
titled Travis County democracy news.
listed in the county.
discrimination, intentional discrimination of dr. John kim, american government and american democracy professor at a.c.c.
in 2006.
discriminated by Austin community college and discriminated by the Travis County government and discriminated by the state of Texas for governor rick perry, since 2006 up until today, October 25, 2011.

>> [indiscernible] government department chair, mr. Glen hunt, violated a.c.c.
policy of classroom of the

>> [indiscernible] and used his

>> [indiscernible] and terminated by college teaching appointment, written contract, with Austin community college

>> [indiscernible] may 26th, 2006.
my class students evaluated me as a very good professor.
but a.c.c.
terminated me.
and lied to the government, we did not terminate you.
they hire four different lawyers from two law firms, the lawyers cheated the court, cheated me, cheated the government.
and here's termination fraud is his fraud forcefully writing that I did not observe

>> [indiscernible] classroom, but I observed the professor

>> [indiscernible] classroom on August 3 at 2006, a.c.c.
must not have used classroom observations as a termination reason of a college teaching professor at a.c.c.
according to a.c.c.
policy of

>> [indiscernible] evaluation.
my students completed their comments sheet, completed by 53 different students for me to read.
and to respond to the college regarding my students comments about my teaching performance in June, in August of 2006.
a.c.c.'s president, c.e.o., stephen b.
kinslow refuse refused to release the pages up until the day he retired.
new president still refused it.
so I have to observe your time of three minutes.
thank you.

>> thank you.
that does it for citizens communication.
