17, consider and take appropriate action on the following, a, approval contract award for stop last insurance, r.f.p.
number p 110296-ec, to the highest qualified respondent and b, increase individual stop loss deductible from 200,000 to 225,000.

bonnie floyd is with purchasing and is here to discuss the purchasing part.
>> we issued proposal in September, received six proposals.
one was actually asked to withdraw.
we come to you now asking you to approve the award for stop loss insurance.
we're not quite ready with the contract.
we're still ironing out all the details, but we don't expect any major hitches.
we expect to have something in the next day or two and have something for the court to sign next week.
>> the reset?

>> the contractor has agreed to bind coverage beginning November 1st.
>> and so the stop loss deductible goes from 220 to $225,000?
