that we were going to look at in executive session and maybe come out and act on afterwards.

>> > we have returned from executive session where we discussed the two items that we announced, beginning with item 2, the item involving followup action to address issues resulting from the recent wildfires in Travis County.
and I move that we approve the resolution authorizing waiver of the county permit fees for residents whose homes were damaged or destroyed by these fires who do not have insurance that covers.

there are other aspects of this item that we discussed and we'll have them back on the court's agenda at the appropriate time in the future.

item number 14, the matter involving a settlement offer regarding payment for starflight services rendered to makayla atkins, I move we agree to settle this matter for 75% of the amount owed, and that would be $11,058.37.
