Number 8 is to approve no contract with the hogg foundation for mental health for the juvenile probation department to receive resources to create an american psychological association accredited doctoral internship training program that would expand and enhance mental health services provided to high-risk youth and families.
mr. Reeferseed?

>> briefly, I'm in favor, of course, of appropriate care for at-risk people.
I'm just explaining that all of this money can be saved right now if we would just cross this barrier of decriminalizing hemp marijuana as a medicine and a -- a good -- alternative to all of these other drugs and taking the money out of criminal's hands and on down the line so we could all save the money, all of those ramifications.
but from this kind of program which generally I'm afraid of, I know there's more of them in here.
but not to talk on each and every one of them.
but it's scary the -- we -- once we start paying people to have these psychological -- we have to deal with problems of alcohol abuse and all of those crimes.
once we pay for those people, once we -- even after we decriminalize hemp marijuana, there are going to be all of those psychologists and people that we have hired and are on contract to deal with these problems that really will be going away as we and you will see once we cross that barrier.
it's about that one particular item and the huge expenditure that reflected many on items further on down the line again we could save money.

>> move approval, judge.

>> discussion on the motion?
all in favor?
that passes by unanimous vote.
