1 is to receive comments regarding a request to authorize the filing of an instrument to vacate two five foot wide public utility easements located along the common lot line of lots 1345 and 1346 of apache shores, section 3 amended in precinct three

the purpose of this vacation is to remove the five-foot public utility easement so that a new house and septic system can be built across the common lot line.
