Now, let's call back to order the voting session of the Travis County Commissioner's court.
we did complete most of our work this morning, including -- did barbara wilson leave?

including the executive session items 47, the matter involving a proposed lease agreement for e.m.s.
station at 13419 east highway 290 with the manor business center.

>> yes, judge, I move that we allow $675 be applied to the manor business center, that particular address, for an 18 month lease, and the source of funding will be coming from the emergency funds so --

>> second.

>> so we'll try to entertain that for at least 18 months.
from what I understand, judge, this is also supposed to provide a better response time, so hopefully we'll see those results in the future.

>> I think, Commissioner, that was $675 per month.

>> yes, $675 per month for that particular lease or 18 months.

>> second by Commissioner Gomez.
discussion on the motion.
all in favor?
that passes by unanimous vote.
we did get our briefing regarding the fire marshal's office in the 48 and my view, no action necessary today.
49, the matter involving financial incentives request for project saturn.
we did indicate that we have additional questions to get to mr. Nellus to chat with the requesting parties about.
in my view, no action required on 49 today.
any views to the contrary?
we'll have 49 back on the agenda probably in about two weeks unless it's not ready.
