Now, thank y'all very much.
let's call to order the Travis County health facilities development corporation.
the Travis County housing and finance corporation.
the capital industrial development corporation, and the Travis County cultural education facilities finance corporation.

>> good afternoon.
you have the budget for all the corporations in your backup, and I was just going to hit the big picture items for the hfc, if that's okay.
our biggest goal right now is getting reimbursed for our nfp funds and we had our meeting with the state a couple of weeks ago.
leroy and I attended as well as harvey Davis and we feel very confident now moving forward that we're on the same page as the state.
we have our tasks on our end that they have asked us to follow-up on, some outstanding items and some of our files and I feel confident on their end that they've kind of -- we've moved back to the forefront of the picture and they're picking things up on their end, so our contract extension runs through the end of November.
we'll reevaluate in about a month where we are at that point in regards to if we need to extend it further.
but I do feel confident that we'll get that money reimbursed.

>> that's the $359,000, right?

>> correct.

>> okay.

>> that's a significant amount of money but working on it.

>> okay.

>> the next big picture item that you all were aware of is we just changed the amount of the transfer to Travis County from the corporations.
we lowered it slightly based on two full time employees instead of three, and the last big picture was we did receive that $35,000 fee from the metropolis restructure so that is in our budget and we were also moving forward in f.y.
2012, be receiving that $16,450 a year in annual fees from them.
so that's more money than we were getting.
any questions?

>> move approval.

>> second.

>> and basically just approving the budgets.

>> correct.
for corporations.

>> okay.
and we didn't discuss all the others that much.
there's not a whole lot to discuss, is there.

>> there's not a whole lot to discuss.
the health facilities have a large balance.
we don't see the proposition for any more income, but we do have quite a big budget there if, you know, as always we're keeping our eyes and ears open for any programs that are health-related, wellness-related, and then the other corporations, the budgets are fairly small, as you can see.
and this also takes into account no new bonds being issued.

>> okay.
motion covers all of the corporations.
discussion on the motion?
all in favor?
that carries by unanimous vote.

>> move we adjourn.

>> thank you.
all in favor.
that passes unanimously also.
for the corporations, in the past have we had budget orders to sign?

>> no.

>> or did we rely on the minutes --

>> I guess you have --

>> on the corporations.

>> yes.

>> oh, okay.

>> do I have them?

>> they will be upstairs.

>> you have to come with me providing them to your staff upstairs, you needed to fill in the blanks, who moved and who seconded on each motion.

>> we should do that for the road districts too?
who is jessica.
oh, okay.

>> I'm sorry.

>> I thought maybe we had a new employee.
I was going to congratulate you.
thank y'all.
