we got 10 responses.
they are being evaluated or they have been evaluated.
the court arrived rights for cigna on July 25th.
contract is being prepared but we are still in the negotiation period with cigna.
they haven't provided us some of the policies they need to provide to barbara so she can actually complete drafting the contract.
they have guaranteed that they will bind the rates and bind the policy effective October 1st.

>> in other words, if anybody has a claim, they pay it.

>> so we're asking now approval of the plan.
we will bring the contract back as soon as it's ready.

>> so approval of the plan gives us what?

>> coverage -- coverage as of October 5th -- 1st, excuse me.

>> it gives -- it gives staff a comfort that this is going forward as expected.

>> we have agreed basically to the specifics.
we just don't have a contract for the court to consider today.

>> that's correct.

>> that's why I move approval.

>> legal would have preferred to have a contract, but that didn't work out.
the vendor didn't cooperate as well as we might have hoped, but then it's an insurance company so I guess we shouldn't --
