View captioned video.

That brings us to executive session, doesn't it?
a 3, consider and take appropriate action regarding security measures at 700 lavaca and this will be under the security measures exception to the open meetings act.
there is a difference between a 3 and the other one that we said we would take into executive session, specifically number -- which one?

>> 27.

>> number 27.
and 27 is consider and take appropriate action on security recommendations for fiscal year 2012 budget and request for funding, and the reason is that 27 involves a whole lot of other locations besides 700 lavaca, but 27 is also under the security exception to the open meetings act.
35, consider and take appropriate action on purchase of open space in gilleland creek, consultation with attorney and real property exceptions to the open meetings act.
36, receive briefing and take appropriate action to file a brief in harper park two lp versus city of Austin, number 03-10-00506-cv, third district court of appeals, Austin, Texas.

any money there will necessarily be paid for -- no money required.

>> generally, no, they don't charge a fee for government agency filing of amicus.

>> okay.

>> should be no fees, yeah.

>> if the county has any money coming, if the county attorney would bring that to the general fund.
