Since we have miss rio here, 26 is consider and take appropriate action on fiscal year 2012 budget rules.
we covered these in part last week, didn't we, miss rio?

we did discuss these last week.
at that time there was two followup items that I wanted to make sure I highlighted to you and then there's one minor change.
there have been no other suggested changes, official changes that have been suggested by departments.
I did have some conversations with the district attorney's office; however, they believe that the sap implementation will take care of concerns they have.
I did follow up with barbara wilson making sure there's no changes -- I did include miss wilson's memo here for you.
and I've also included some information that p.b.o.
sent out actually last week from travis to the analyst so that the departments would have access to the new grant summary form that is included in the proposed budget rules today if approved.
and I only highlight that because it does discuss the performance measure guide and we sent that out again to departments so they would have access and reminded them that you would like to see out come performance measures.
so those are really just the followup items that I wanted to highlight.
the one last thing I wanted to highlight which is the two piece of participate I handed out today.
the one that has yellow and said old at the top is what was in the budget rules last week.
and actually it was in the backup this week.
what I would like to change it to is where it says revised, and this is just a request from the auditor's office that basically all it does is rearrange wording to make it clearer.
under page 27 where it says meals, it's highlighted in yellow, the highlighted yellow language is what was in your backup.
and what we are proposing is that it change to the revised one, which is not highlighted on page 27.
like I said, the only thing that was changed is the order of the wording and then where it says at the very bottom there regardless of the financial system reimbursement for actual meal expenses with receipts is $60 a day plus 15% gratuity.
that has been added and is included there.
on page 28, which is on the other side, I double sided it for you, the old language is highlighted again in yellow and the new language is starred under the revised one that is not highlighted.
and the only thing here, it was -- the second sentence was rewritten, but it's the same concept.
then they have asked me the highlight the fact that the county metropolitan statistical area, msa for meals, it encompasses bastrop, caldwell, hays, travis and Williamson county.
and I'm happy to answer any questions, and then I would ask that we approve the budgetrules and if they were approved we will file them on Friday and they will be part of the budget order you will be asked to approve Tuesday.
