Executive Session

26 is to take appropriate action on the acquisition of approximately 44.
-- that's in consultant with justin case, the attorney.
the decision by the Texas comp troller -- paid the tax assessor collector to the state on the turn returned nsf checks for the period of January 1, 1997, through December 31, 2005, and take appropriate action.
and that's under the consultation with attorney exception to the open meetings act.
we'll discuss these two items in executive session.
but we'll return to open court before taking any action.

26, the matter involving the acquisition of approximately 44.21 acres of land in northwest Travis County in connection with the bccp.

27, a matter involving an administrative appeal over a decision by the Texas comptroller of public accounts regarding motor vehicles sales and use taxes paid by the tax assessor to the collect on return insufficient fund checks from January 1, 1997, through December 31st, 2005.
I move that we approve the proposed compromising settlement agreement with the comptroller.

in full settlement of that matter.
