let's considering adding the following items to consent motion.
if anybody would like to discuss any of the items I am going to list separately, please say so as I call out the number of the item.
number 4, 5, 9, 10a and b, 12, 13, 14, 15a and b, 16 -- on 16, we need to make a 1 dollar correction.
the amount of $196,404 in the less personnel credit item.

seventeen, 18 -- who normally send that to the comptroller?
is that from legal or the sheriff or constable?
>> I think pbo has been doing that in recent years butly check to make sure it does happen.

let's make sure the notice gets there.
it's 18.
twenty-one, all of 22.
twenty-two is a long list of grant programs, applications, contracts, permissions to continue, so a through f.
then to 24.
twenty-five, we sort of discussed in part last time.
the key of 25 is that we will add $6 of county money.

>> to the state funding and now the state is saying 28 and the state is saying that it will review its contribution quarterly, and we are looking for a contract that gives us that flexibility, right, but we are addling $6 to whatever the statement amount is and we are hoping the state will increase its contribution, but whether it goes up or down, our $6 remains constant.

>> with that --
>> twenty-four -- I mean 25.
>> twenty-five.
py think y'all saw those emails back and forth yesterday?
>> right.
>> and a1 --
>> move approval of that.
>> we need to make correction on that.
>> and personnel credit needs to be decreased by 1 dollar and that means the net amount for 2012 renewal term will increase by one dollar, so with that correction, we recommend it added to the consent motion.
