28 is receive briefing from the county attorney in Travis County, et al., versus peggy c.
westerner, shawn l.
murphy resale deal, and take appropriate action.
consultation with attorney exception.
29, receive briefing from the county attorney in Travis County, et al., versus stephen michael fletcher, bruce g.
smith resale deet, and take appropriate action.
consultation with attorney.
and 30, receive briefing and take appropriate action regarding Travis County involvement in legal action regarding congressional redistricting.
that's consultation with attorney also.
we'll discuss these three items in executive session but will return to open court before taking any action.

item number 30, a request for additional funds to cover legal fees in the matter regarding Travis County involvement in legal action regarding congressional redistricting I move we authorize another $50,000.

and there is no further business for the court today.
