we received or the Travis County address and coordinating committee received a request from the owner's property along an unnamed piece of road in precinct 3 requesting that it be assigned a name.
it would help with the emergency response.
and the name that all of the property owners on that segment of road have requested is shore vista cove.
that is acceptable to to address coordinating committee and we would recommend assigning that name.
it does not imply that we are accepting the roadway for maintenance.
it is a privately owned access road.
and the owners of the property along the road would also be responsible for installing the sign if approved by the court.
we would recommend the name they would prefer.

if you would like to give comments on item number 1, please come forward.

that passes by unanimous vote.
this will be action item number 11 and will be recommended for inclusion on the consent motion.
