Item number 1 is a public hearing to receive comments regarding a request to authorize the filing of an instrument to vacate three drainage easements located along the side and rear lot lines of lot 8, block 48 of Austin lake hills, section 3 in precinct 3.

the purpose for this action is so that the future home antiseptic system won't encroach into the drainage easement.
this meets our requirements and we support it.
