View captioned video.

Then let's go to the consent items. And posted for consent are c 1 through c 4.
c 1 through c 4.
let's consider adding the following items to the consent motion.
I'm about to list a lot of items I'm recommending we include on one consent motion.
if anyone would like for us to discuss any of the items I'm about to list separately, please say so as I call out the number of the item.
number 6.
7.
8.
9.
11.
12.
13.
14.
16.
17.
18.
19.
20.

>> judge, on 20 we don't get know what the industrial use is but it does have to come back again, I understand, once we --

>> staff says that they meet Travis County standards.

>> they do.

>> and so they will, I'm sure, continue working with them.
but they will bring it back to court as well.

>> would you like to discuss 20 separately?
Commissioner Eckhardt?

>> it's coming back.
I'm fine.

>> would you like to discuss it separately today?

>> no, sir.
it can go consent.

>> 20 and 24.

>> move approval of consent item.

>> second.

>> would anyone like to pull up any of the items?

>> one brief comment on number 7.

>> number 7, mr. Reeferseed, the only thing we're doing is amending the interlocal to include program income as required by the state.
state is saying you want these grant funds, you got to start including program income.
that's what this item is all about.

>> okay, two brief comments.

>> if it's relevant, come forth and give it.

>> we can all be proud.
I'm ronnie reeferseed.
but we can all be proud to live in Travis County.
we're ahead of the game on decriminalizing hemp generally speaking and so I'm proud, proud to live here.
we're not quite there yet and we need to get state legislators to follow the will of the people.
thank you so much.

>> thank you.

>> thank you.
all in favor of the motion?
that passes by unanimous vote.
let's go to -- by the way, on item 2, the drought index is way up there, 696, I believe.
and it's been 630, 640.
fire marshal says we ought to leave the burn ban in place.
by taking no action, that's what we do.
we leave in place the ban against open outdoor burning in unincorporated areas.
